overall we liked our stay and recommend. a quiet hotel in a perfect setting with lots of little extras. the city view was nice. jubiliejnaja plosca subway stop is walking distance to the place, some 10 minutes on foot.

Spent Christmas in a historic building with thick walls and very high ceilings. Location is very convenient with several restaurants nearby, and easy walking access to various attractions. Room was spacious and clean, and had a comfortable XXL King size bed. Bathroom was large and spotless. Staff was helpful and friendly.
